Sherwin-Williams in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Delivery Driver to service Store #5020, 1261 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. The role involves delivering products from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks, ensuring on-time, complete, and accurately packed deliveries.

You will interact with customers, load orders, maintain vehicles, follow routes, and uphold safety standards. Must be 21+, have a valid license and MEC, and may involve Spanish language use where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT-licensed medical examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days of conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints
• Adhere to routes and schedules and follow transportation laws
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts
• Perform warehouse duties including tinting and mixing customer orders
