Job summary

Colours, Inc. in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Driver to ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of automotive and industrial coatings to body shops and facilities.

This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset as you represent Colours, Inc. at every delivery.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, verifying orders, maintaining logs, performing daily vehicle inspections, and assisting in warehouse tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Non CDL.
• Previous experience in route delivery required; warehouse or distribution is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of local delivery routes and territory is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport products to body shops, industrial facilities, and other customer locations.
• Verify and load customer orders accurately based on invoices or packing slips.
• Unload deliveries at customer sites, ensuring products are delivered in good condition.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and delivery records as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist in warehouse duties when needed (e.g., stocking, picking, packing).
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent service and represent Colours, Inc. in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties within store as assigned during driver downtime.
