Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a SWDS Driver to deliver products from Store #3725 to customers in Reading, PA. You will load orders, maintain the vehicle, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, legally eligible to work in the United States, possess a valid driver’s license, and can lift heavy items. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report needed repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; follow transportation laws.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and tinting/mixing customer orders.
