Job summary

Stewart Painting, Inc. in Yarmouth, MA is seeking a full-time Paint Crew Leader to guide your team on diverse projects with a focus on quality and safety. You will coordinate crews, review priorities, and ensure work meets timelines and standards.

You’ll report to the site supervisor, train and develop team members, and act as the face of the crew with customers. Compensation includes hourly pay of $25-$35 plus bonuses and a benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• RRP certification.
• Experience leading or supporting painting crews.
• Strong painting techniques, tools, and safety knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
• Lifting and carrying ladders and equipment.

Responsibilities

Pay: As our Paint Crew Leader, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25-$35 per hour, plus pay-for-performance bonuses and safety bonuses.

Schedule: This full-time role includes varying shifts within regular business hours, with employees reporting to a central location prior to traveling to their assigned job sites.
