Spectrum Paint Company is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site position in Forest, VA. You will help customers select paint and materials, tint and prepare orders, and assist with deliveries when needed. Flexible scheduling with modest hours and Saturdays; typical pay range applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or comparable certification (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in product selections and uses.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with questions and orders for paint products and coatings.
• Prepare and tint paint to customer specifications.
• Identify and match paint colors accurately.
• Process cash and card transactions, maintain cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory and stocking responsibilities.
• Load/unload materials for customers and deliveries.
• Occasionally deliver products using company vehicle.
• Maintain high level of customer service and teamwork.
