Starting pay is $15.50 per hour. The position may require evenings/weekends, lifting up to 70 lbs, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and occasionally more
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations and HR training requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers
• Clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and stock shelves
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present solutions
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy
