Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate for Store #1921 in Huntington, IN. You will assist customers, identify needs, recommend products, and help maintain high store standards and sales goals.

You’ll handle transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix paints as needed, and support deliveries. The role requires 18+, legal work status, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed.
