Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician in Green Bay, WI, to diagnose and repair RV equipment and structures. You will select appropriate repair parts, customize and execute work orders, and perform body and paint work as needed. This role requires maintaining quality standards and documenting progress for supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform body and paint repair.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
  • Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
  • Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
  • Follows Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures as outlined.
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned and performs duties at company established performance levels.
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role
  • Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but we also consider applicable work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
  • RVIA certification helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
  • Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
  • Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness.

Pay Range: $22.55-$53.71 Hourly
