Job summary

Wildeck, Inc., headquartered in Wisconsin, is seeking a Paint Attendant to load, unload racks, pack and move materials near the paint booth according to established procedures.

Under supervision you will read work orders, secure lifting attachments, count units moved, stack bundles, and lift heavy objects with manual or powered equipment; other duties may be assigned. This is a hands-on role requiring safety-conscious teamwork and reliable communication with nearby staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds depending on task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine materials to be moved or loaded near the paint booth.
• Secure lifting attachments to materials and convey loads to destinations.
• Count and record the number of units moved.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together.
• Lift heavy objects by hand or with power hoist/crane.
• Other duties may be assigned.
