Astronics LSI in East Aurora, NY, seeks reliable, hands-on team players to join our production team. You’ll help build aerospace systems in a clean, climate-controlled facility and you’ll be trained to perform painting, screening, and assembly tasks as part of a collaborative crew.

Whether you’re experienced or starting out, you’ll contribute to high-quality production and be part of a team that values balance, teamwork, and steady work with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to use basic computer systems to track production and document work.
• Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Use airbrushes, HVLP spray guns, screening tables, gun washing equipment, paint booths, measuring equipment and ovens.
• Perform spraying of clear coat, paint on fronts and backs, paint for finals, paint I, paint on Avionics, paint on GDLS.
• Perform screening on panels, metal, and GDLS.
• Balance INCN and EL panels, Avionics product, and GDLS.
• Perform all sanding and flipping tasks.
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production.
• Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What You’ll Do

Bring your hands‑on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you’ll be trained to:

Compensation

$19.00-25.00/hour

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
