Job summary

ACHE is seeking an experienced pain medicine/anesthesiology physician to deliver clinical care for acute and chronic pain patients in ambulatory and inpatient settings, while supervising advanced practice providers and trainees within an interprofessional care team.

The role includes teaching fellows, residents, interns and students, plus supervising graduate medical education and participating in interprofessional care coordination.

Qualifications

• Board certification in pain medicine preferred; board eligibility acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for acute and chronic pain patients in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Supervise advanced practice providers and trainees, collaborating with interprofessional care teams.
• Teach fellows, residents, interns and students.
• Provide clinical services to acute pain patients in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Provide clinical services to chronic pain patients in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care teams.
• Supervise advanced practice providers.
• Supervise graduate medical education trainees.
• Teach rotating fellows, residents, interns and medical and other health professions students.

Education
