Qualifications

• Board certification in pain medicine or eligibility for certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide multidisciplinary, evidence-based outpatient pain care for veterans.
• Evaluate high-risk opioid use and polypharmacy; develop safety-focused treatment plans.
• Perform histories, physicals, assessments, diagnostics, procedures, and referrals; document in the federal EHR.
• Deliver office-based injections; counsel patients and coordinate with integrative care teams.
