Qualifications

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform focused histories and exams, order imaging, and build practical treatment plans.
• Provide medication management, patient education, and follow-up care with supervising physician.
• Perform and/or assist with office-based procedures (injections) as credentialed.
• Coordinate care across orthopedics, spine, physical therapy, and interventional pain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain.

• Provide medication management and patient education.
