You will perform histories, examinations, and plan treatments under CPIhealth physicians while maintaining high standards of patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, and coordination with referrals, with a schedule of Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:30pm and a $105k–$115k salary plus up to $10k sign-on.
