Job summary

UT Health East Texas is seeking a day shift, full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Tyler, Texas to support our Pain Management Clinic. You will provide competent clinical care and assist licensed staff to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates are experienced in pain management, hold current Texas LVN licensure and BLS certification, and demonstrate strong patient communication. This role offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Preferred: healthcare or clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent clinical care and assist licensed personnel to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Be experienced and skilled in pain management to support the clinic's patients.
• Provide technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to achieve quality patient outcomes for a defined group of patients.
