Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care and leadership in our clinic setting. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to promote patient health and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

The role requires an Iowa-licensed RN with BLS certification and demonstrated competency in clinical services orientation. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• RN license recognized by Iowa Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• Completion of Clinical Services orientation and unit-specific training.
• Knowledge of nursing care in clinic settings.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong communication and confidentiality practices.

The purpose of this position is to provide general nursing care and leadership; working collaboratively with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members in maintaining standards for professional nurse practice in a clinic setting. The RN will promote and restore patient's health as they prescribe, provide, delegate, evaluate and coordinates comprehensive professional nursing care through the use of the nursing process for patients of all ages, gender, cultures, and background; provide physical and psycho-social support to patients, friends and families.SCHEDULEFull Time, M-F, 7:30-4PPERFORMANCE STANDARDS1.
