Job summary

Trajan Wealth LLC is offering a six-month, paid Wealth Management Internship at our Scottsdale, Arizona corporate office. Interns will work with advisors, investment professionals, and client service teams to gain practical experience within a fast-growing Family Office.

Throughout the program you will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, with the potential for full-time opportunities based on performance and fit.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in finance or related field.
• Strong interest in wealth management and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client and prospect calls professionally.
• Log call activity and meeting notes in the firm's CRM.
• Support advisors and client service teams with admin and projects.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, financial reviews, and presentations.
• Shadow financial advisors and investment team members to learn how recommendations are delivered.
