Job summary

DanceBUG is hiring Videographers for the February–June dance competition season. You will travel across the United States to capture live performances using professional camera and livestream equipment provided by DanceBUG. The role includes setting up gear, operating systems, and coordinating with the media team.

No prior dance experience is required as training is provided—virtual training in January and at least two live sessions with veterans before you work independently.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
Live within approximately one hour of a major airport.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Available for regular weekend travel February–June season.
Comfortable driving 5–6 hours when required.
Able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
Able to successfully complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Travel to dance competitions across the U.S.
Capture live performances using professional video equipment
Set up and operate camera and livestream systems
Monitor video feeds and production equipment during events
Work with DanceBUG media team members
Upload and manage event media
