The position involves engaging with potential customers, discussing their home improvement needs, and scheduling free estimates. Ideal candidates will have a great attitude, weekend availability, and a reliable vehicle. Compensation is hourly with additional bonuses, ranging from $21 to $32 per hour, including paid travel.
