Tyndale House Publishers in Carol Stream, IL is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to support our Distribution team. We train from the ground up on real equipment and focus on accurate order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and timely shipments to support ministry work. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime. No prior warehouse experience is required; paid training covers forklifts, order pickers, reach forklifts, trucks,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment safely after training.
• Able to read and follow written work instructions in English.
• Basic computer and technology skills, or aptitude to learn them.
• Comfortable with basic math.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Able to walk, stand, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required for trucks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship parcel and freight orders accurately.
• Keep product flowing by replenishing stock in Distribution areas.
• Pull and stage pallets to support other teams.
• Process custom purchase orders and inventory projects.
• Move stock between facilities using company straight trucks.
