HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. (HealthFirst) is offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time, in person, paid Dental Assistant training program which includes both classroom and clinical training through a workforce pipeline fund. Classes are offered virtually through Career Step and will prepare learners to earn a Dental Assistant license in Massachusetts. Hands‑on training days will provide opportunities for observation and preparation for dental procedures, maintaining and updating patient charts, and assisting with relevant dentistry techniques. Interested candidates must be able to commit to 10 weeks of in‑person paid course work and a 6‑month paid externship completed at HealthFirst. Upon acceptance into the program, students will be required to sign a 2‑year work commitment to HealthFirst. Candidates are required to submit a resume that includes a brief statement explaining why they are interested in becoming a Dental Assistant. *Note: Successful completion of the program and externship does not guarantee employment.
