Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home or clinic settings. Paid training is offered to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with support throughout the certification process.

The role focuses on building development and behavioral skills such as communication, toileting, and daily living, while coordinating with supervising BCBA and a supportive team. Flexible scheduling and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written.
• Must have a valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute to locations and be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for individuals who have experience working with children who believe they have what it takes to make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism.

This position is for In-home or center based services and requires a candidate who wants to work with children. This will allow you to integrate into the environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills. These skills include, behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks.
