Job summary

ClearDefense Pest Control LLC is offering a paid summer internship (May–August) in our Sales & Marketing program. Housing is provided.

The internship emphasizes hands-on sales training, mentorship, and leadership development within a competitive, team-driven culture. Responsibilities include driving sales in a defined territory, mastering the full sales cycle, expanding customer relationships, and achieving weekly goals with a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
• Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Inspect properties and identify pest control and home-protection needs.
• Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager.
• Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins.
• Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
