Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape offers a paid Summer 2027 Internship Program across multiple branch locations in the United States. Interns will rotate through management, administrative and field roles, mentored by a Branch Manager and Account Manager throughout the summer.

Eligible students or graduates will gain hands-on exposure to landscape operations, safety practices, scheduling, and customer service while developing leadership and communication skills for a future in the green industry.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduates from college programs in plant science, horticulture, agriculture, landscape management or related fields.
• Willingness to learn multiple aspects of the landscape industry.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Yellowstone Landscape crews and learn landscape operations firsthand.
• Learn day-to-day responsibilities of management, administrative and sales teams.
• Gain exposure to safety, crew management, scheduling, quality control and customer service.
