Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the entire Novato Supply Chain Operations department.
• Drive performance and innovation in the department.
• Creation and management of key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• Daily management system process improvements.

Skills

Understanding of basic commercial supply chain operations

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, supply chain, operations management, or industrial engineering

Tools

Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
