Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with work authorization in the United States; strong teamwork and cross-cultural adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field; business, engineering, HR or supply chain preferred.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Able to work across cultures with strong analytical thinking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support various functions (engineering, HSE, supply chain, HR) during the 12-week program.
• Contribute to real projects and learn through hands-on assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build a professional network.
