Rosendin offers a paid 12-week Summer Internship Program designed for students ready to take the next step in their professional journey. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real construction projects and collaborating with experienced professionals across project management, engineering, BIM, and estimating.

You’ll develop technical, professional, and leadership skills while receiving mentorship and exposure to construction systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree with graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Rising junior or rising senior status preferred.
• Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects alongside experienced professionals.
• Assist project management and engineering teams on hands-on tasks.
• Participate in BIM modeling tasks and project workflows.
• Support estimating, preconstruction, procurement, and supply chain activities.
