Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program in New York. Interns work on meaningful projects in tracks like Business Administration, IT, Analytics, and Finance, with mentoring from managers and development workshops to bridge school to the corporate environment.

Hands-on experience includes Power BI dashboarding, policy tracking support, and cross-functional collaboration. Housing is not provided; applicants must be enrolled full-time and in good academic standing.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Preferred experience with Power BI, ACL, SAS, Python or similar data tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy tracking and data-driven audit tasks.
• Support creation of Power BI dashboards and data analyses.
• Participate in development workshops and mentor-guided projects.
• Collaborate across business tracks (IT, analytics, finance, operations).
