Job summary

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is offering a 10-week summer internship in Homeland Security & Emergency Management at the Camden, NJ administration building. Interns work full-time, 40 hours per week, from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027, with a paid lunch hour.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and meet rigorous eligibility requirements including transcripts and background checks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergrad in a related field; full-time status.
• Transcript submission with 24 credits total across Fall 2026/Spring 2027.
• Must meet pre-employment evaluation including drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Report to the assigned Project Manager; review daily tasks and work semi-independently; follow security protocols and report anomalies.
