Western Alliance Bancorporation’s Summer Internship Program in Phoenix offers undergraduates a paid 10-week experience with mentorship and leadership development. Interns work on real projects in commercial banking, receiving guidance from experienced professionals and engaging in team-building activities.

The program runs June through August with flexible dates based on school schedules, and high-performing interns may receive extended opportunities.

Formación

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• An interest in working in the Commercial Banking industry.
• To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
