Job summary

Rally Enterprises is looking for Camp Counselor / Coach Interns for their summer internship program in New Jersey. This paid internship, starting at $17.00/hour, aims to provide college students and student-athletes with hands-on experience working with kids ages 4–13 in a fun camp environment. Interns will assist with baseball and softball drills, engage with campers, and learn valuable coaching techniques while contributing to their development and confidence. Applicants must be available for all three scheduled weeks in July and August.

Qualifications

• Must be available for all three New Jersey-based weeks.
• Experience working with kids (camp, coaching, babysitting, tutoring, etc.) preferred.
• Energetic, responsible, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with baseball and softball drills, games, and daily camp activities.
• Support camper development, teamwork, and confidence.
