Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. invites motivated students to join an 11-week paid learning experience in Frisco, TX. You’ll work on the Enterprise Finance and Advisory Services Procurement team, paired with mentors, tackling real-world supplier spend, contracts data, and AI-enabled sourcing playbooks.

You’ll present findings to procurement leadership and gain hands-on projects with meaningful impact, growing skills in finance, procurement, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• One or more courses remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program after internship.
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external Summer Internships.

Responsibilities

• Build a category cost and savings baseline by consolidating supplier spend and contract data.
• Document repeatable sourcing steps, evaluation criteria, templates, and negotiation levers for AI-ready playbooks.
• Support supplier performance reviews and reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and propose procurement workflow enhancements to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, and stakeholders to align recommendations with business objectives.
• Deliver an end-of-program impact presentation of findings, opportunities, and playbook to procurement leadership.
