Job summary

Willis Johnson Wealth is seeking creative and motivated college juniors and seniors to join our Marketing and Business Development internship in our Houston office for Spring 2027. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling within a growing wealth management firm.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergrad junior or senior pursuing a related degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content calendars.
• Design and create digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor research and analyze digital marketing trends including SEO, email marketing, webinars, and digital advertising.
• Support business development initiatives through email campaigns, outreach, and marketing materials.
• Assist with creating marketing collateral including infographics, presentations, social media graphics, and short form video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and improve content across multiple channels.
