Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy to execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, translate results into actionable insights, and drive appointment bookings with a performance-first mindset.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and oversee client relationships, retention, and growth across a portfolio of accounts, while collaborating on data-driven messaging and optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta platforms.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client calls.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

Our clients hire us to deliver qualified appointments at a specific cost per appointment, with target show rates and close rates that make the economics work for their practice. Clients Blackbox is in a major growth period, and we're looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist who can own client accounts from strategy through execution.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on strategist role with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.

What You’ll Own

Client Strategy & Relationships

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth

Meta Campaign Management

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging

Tracking & Technical Execution

• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
