Job summary

Channel Factory is seeking an experienced Social Solutions Associate to join our North America team in the United States. You will drive the development and optimization of our paid social offerings across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while supporting onboarding, reporting, and client growth.

You will collaborate with Social Solutions Managers to improve processes, handle reporting requests, and ensure efficient daily execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid social media management experience.
• Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new social clients and educate them on processes and strategies.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor pacing and performance, report insights and recommendations.
• Support growth and retention through client-focused collaboration.
• Assist with daily execution and process improvements.
