Uline, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Paid Search Associate to join its corporate team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will dig into campaign data to optimize paid search traffic and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple business units.

You'll analyze performance, manage email campaigns, and prepare clear reports to drive ROI. Ideal candidates hold a marketing degree and 1+ year in paid search, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• 1+ years of experience directly managing paid search programs or in-depth data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google AdWords.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
