Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in Minneapolis offers a 10-12 week paid internship focused on sales and management. The program combines mentoring with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, counter sales, and customer relations, culminating in project work such as market analysis designed by the management team.

Interns will spend at least 50% of time in a warehouse setting and may have potential for a future full-time sales/management role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree (business related preferred) with anticipated graduation by June, 2028.
• Strong, effective communication in English (spoken and written).
• Regular and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities
