Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites applications for its Management Internship in Waterloo, IA. The paid, part-time internship runs for 10–11 weeks with a 25 hours/week commitment, starting January 5, 2027.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet, customer service, and marketing strategy. Senior students graduating Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of sales or leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of sales or leadership experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to commit to 10–11 weeks and start January 5, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
