Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship based in Decatur, Illinois, starting September 1, 2024. This part-time position allows university/college students to gain real-world experience while learning to manage a business.

Interns will develop skills in customer service and marketing while completing projects and may be eligible for performance incentives. A valid driver's license and a commitment of 10-11 weeks with a 25-hour work week are required.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled for the upcoming semester and set to graduate in December 2026.
• Six months of customer service, sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without work sponsorship.
• Availability to start on September 1, 2024, for 10-11 weeks.
• Available to work 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships.
