Job summary

LLA Therapy in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 behavior intervention services to children aged 2–6. This role includes following a behavior intervention plan and teaching essential skills through ABA principles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to enroll and complete courses.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior intervention plan and reinforcement schedule.
• Teach communication, social, self‑help and play skills.
• Document the progress and effects of prescribed treatment with clients.
