Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week purchasing internship in the United States (Cincinnati area) to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize product flows for maximum shareholder value.

You will work with managers across industries such as advertising, IT services, and packaging, gaining hands-on experience from day one and building a foundation for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Available to work a 12-week internship from May to August in the summer of 2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to increase innovation pipeline, reduce costs, and influence industries.
• Negotiate deals with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize inventory levels, order quantities, and logistics.
• Incorporate sustainability considerations to drive growth and responsible sourcing.
