Job summary

Namely is seeking Apprentices for a paid ear piercing training program. During the 6-week program, apprentices will earn $18/hour, leading to positions as Associate Piercers at $24/hour plus tips. The role requires a commitment to client education, safety standards, and service excellence.

Qualified candidates should have 3 years of experience and preferably be Medical Assistants or Phlebotomists. Flexible scheduling is essential, including availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience required.
• At least 2 years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred.
• Must pierce a minimum of 18 appointments a day.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the unique Studs’ experience.
• Ensure client and work safety standards are met.
• Provide best in class service to everyone in the Studio.
