Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, is offering a Paid Physician Residency Pathways Program for final-year Family Practice or Internal Medicine residents in Westborough, MA or remotely. The program provides a guaranteed salary in the final training year and mentorship within a value-based care framework.

You will gain exposure to primary and specialty care, with flexible monthly engagement and virtual options, while being supported by a national healthcare system that emphasizes better care

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or early into their final year.
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training.
