Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join a paid Management Internship at our Rockford, IL office. You’ll gain leadership skills and real-world business experience, taking on challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based setting.

The program runs 10–11 weeks with a 25-hour workweek, starting January 5, 2027. You’ll work on fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives while building valuable industry experience.

Qualifications

• Senior- graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) starting January 5, 2027.
• Able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and create marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
