Menards! is offering a paid, part-time Management Internship designed to train you for retail management. The 12-week program couples you with our General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our business.

Starting as a paid intern, you will gain organizational, communication and time-management skills while developing real management capabilities and preparing for future leadership roles in our stores.

• Our Management Internship is a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Retail Management.
• As you progress through the 12-week Management Internship program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!
