• Enter and reconcile bank and credit-card transactions in QuickBooks Desktop and Online for multiple clients.
• Assist with year-end closing procedures that feed into tax return preparation.
• Enter client data into UltraTax (Thomson Reuters) for Form 1040 and Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S.
• Support day-to-day operations including client-file organization and related admin tasks.
