Through our partnership with Bismarck State College, CNA coursework can be completed online or in person, typically in about three weeks. We provide tuition assistance, competitive pay, PTO, health benefits, and growth opportunities within Cassia.

CNAs play a vital role in helping residents maintain independence and quality of life through personal care and daily support. Through our partnership with Bismarck State College, you’ll complete your CNA coursework either online (self-paced) or in person (Monday-Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm) for approximately 3 weeks. After successfully completing the course and state certification, you’ll be offered a Nursing Assistant position right here at Baptist Health & Rehab—launching your career with a team that truly cares.
