Job summary

Genesis offers a Nurse Aide Training Program designed as a gateway to a rewarding healthcare career in Tennessee. The three-week class runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 3:30pm, followed by a full-time CNA schedule (2–10) after completion. Training is provided at no cost and does not require prior experience.

Upon graduation, you can pursue clinical ladders toward LPN or RN roles with tuition assistance. Genesis is committed to compassionate care and growth in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

Posted Salary Range

USD $14.50 - USD $14.50 /Hr.
