Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Exeter is offering a Nurse Aide Training Program where tuition is fully covered and you will be paid while participating in the class.

The program runs 1–4 months with no prior experience required, and upon completion you’re guaranteed full-time employment. During training you can become licensed as a Nurse Aide, with a pathway to LPN/RN through tuition assistance, and a range of career ladders including clinical and non-clinical roles.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

The training is free, no experience required, only an interest in a career where you will compassionately care for our patients and residents. Once you become licensed, you will receive a pay increase and will be guaranteed full-time employment. Nurse Aide Courses are currently scheduled at:

Oceanside Center (Hampton, NH) starting 7/28/2026!

Hackett Hill Center (Manchester, NH) starting August 2026!
