Genesiscareers in Exeter, NH is offering a paid Nurse Aide Training Program. You will be paid while you learn, and tuition is fully covered. Upon completion and licensure, you will be guaranteed full-time employment as a nurse aide.

The program takes 1–4 months with no prior experience required. You may pursue LPN/RN through tuition assistance. Training at Oceanside Center (Hampton) and Hackett Hill Center (Manchester) starts soon; spaces are limited.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to respond to patients’ needs.
• No prior experience required to begin the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in the Nurse Aide Training Program and complete it.
• Pursue LPN/RN education through tuition assistance options.
• Upon licensure, transition to a full-time nurse aide role.

Once you become licensed, you will receive a pay increase and will be guaranteed full-time employment. Nurse Aide Courses are currently scheduled at; Oceanside Center (Hampton, NH) starting 7/28/2026! Hackett Hill Center (Manchester, NH) starting August 2026! Limited Class Space!

Responsibilities

Start your health care career and change lives, including your own, and enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program! The training is free, no experience required, only an interest in a career where you will compassionately care for our patients and residents. From start to finish, the training program can take anywhere from 1- 4 months. Upon successful completion of the training program, a position awaits you.

Becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide can be just the start of a rewarding career. We offer clinical career pathways as a nurse aide, and we encourage continuation of your nursing education to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career ladders are also available.
